The cultivation process follows ecological organic standards, without the use of any agricultural chemicals (no chemical fertilizers, no pesticides) for each plump and nutrient-rich black sesame seed.

Production Process
– Noom’s black sesame seeds are sown during the main summer crop.
– Nurtured according to natural agricultural practices,
– Black sesame plants grow completely naturally under the sun’s gaze, on land that is chemical-free and without any form of sunshade.
– Harvested at the right time when the sesame seeds are fully mature, plump, and nutrient-rich,
– Sun-dried under the sunlight,
– Threshed, husked, and the kernels separated (cleaning the husk from the kernel),
– Carefully sieved during the processing stage,
– No preservatives are used during the harvesting and processing process.

Storage Guidelines
Natural black sesame seeds can be stored by farmers for up to 3 years at room temperature under specific storage conditions: frequent observation, tight sealing in a plastic bag or sealed container, occasionally airing out, adding garlic to prevent infestations. However, for customers who are busier or use the seeds less frequently, it’s best to transfer the black sesame seeds to an airtight container and keep them in the refrigerator to prevent pests and spoilage.
