- Use as a replacement for all regular cooking oils, for frying, deep frying, sautéing, or baking.

COLD-PRESSED COCONUT OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS
- Harvest coconuts, remove the husk directly from the fruit, separate the water and coconut meat, remove all coconut husk, and clean the coconut meat.
- Grind the coconut meat, cold air dry until the appropriate dryness level is reached.
- Cold-press directly using a hydraulic mechanical engine, no heating at any stage.
- The sanitary pressing process doesn’t contact plastic or any potentially harmful material during pressing. – – All are compliant with the Vietnamese Food Safety Standards.

SHELF LIFE
- Best before 12 months from the manufacturing date, refrigeration extends to 36 months.
STORAGE INSTRUCTIONS
- Keep oil in a cool, dark place.
- For food: After opening, use within 30 days or store in the refrigerator to avoid contact with air in the bottle. If you prefer the natural flavor, you can leave it outside after opening.
- For external use: Store at room temperature in a cool, dark place.
- Over time, a thin layer may form at the bottom of the bottle. This isn’t sediment, but rather other nutrients present in raw cold-pressed oil: vitamins, fiber, minerals, amino acids… If you shake the bottle vigorously, the layer will suspend and look like sediment.
- Cold-pressed coconut oil solidifies at temperatures below 25 degrees Celsius. To liquefy, place the oil bottle in warm water.
