COLD PRESSED AVOCADO OIL INGREDIENTS

APPEARANCE & FLAVOR OF AVOCADO OIL

  • Sweet and slightly tangy aroma with a distinct avocado oil scent that is noticeable upon first sniff.
  • Cold pressing helps retain the original color of the oil, giving it a greenish hue.
  • Slight bitterness.

USES OF AVOCADO OIL

Nutritional Health

  • Rich in oleic acid (70%), a monounsaturated omega-9 fatty acid.
  • High in lutein, a type of carotenoid found in avocado oil that the body does not produce on its own and must obtain from the diet.
  • Enhances the absorption of antioxidant carotenoids when consumed with vegetables and avocado oil.

Skin Nourishment

  • Cold-pressed avocado oil from ripe avocado flesh contains a high level of omega-3 fatty acids and vitamins A, D, and E, providing numerous benefits for beautiful skin, especially for sensitive skin and individuals prone to seed allergies.
  • It acts as an ultra-light base oil, absorbing quickly into the skin to nourish the skin’s microbiome.
  • In addition to vitamin E, avocados contain potassium, lecithin, and various other nutrients that moisturize and hydrate the skin. The epidermis easily absorbs these nutrients, promoting the growth of new skin.
  • With its vitamin E, beta-carotene, vitamin D, protein, lecithin, and essential fatty acids, avocado oil can help heal and soothe sunburn symptoms, protect the skin from harmful UV radiation, and alleviate sunburns.

AVOCADO OIL USAGE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Add 3-5 drops to warm water for consumption, drizzle over salads, add to rice and porridge. Noom’s cold-pressed avocado oil has a very mild bitterness, so adding a few drops to rice only results in a rich, green color and a delightful fragrance.
  • Use as a carrier oil, overnight skin oil, and makeup primer.
  • Moisturize the face, support anti-aging, reduce wrinkles, and maintain supple skin.
  • Full-body moisturization: Combine avocado oil with other cold-pressed oils for massage, suitable for applying before or after bathing. You can apply pure cold-pressed avocado oil to your face and body to keep your skin soft, smooth, and radiant.
  • Nurture sensitive skin to health: Cold-pressed avocado oil is most suitable for sensitive skin due to its gentle nature. For sensitive skin, it’s recommended to use oils from fruits such as coconut oil, avocado oil, macadamia oil, and olive oil, and avoid using oils derived from seeds.

COLD PRESSED AVOCADO OIL PRODUCTION PROCESS

  • Produced from various types of avocados: 034, hass, booth, four-fruit avocados, pinkerton, from the Quang organic ecological avocado garden in Di Linh, Lâm Đồng, developed by Noom since 2019.
  • Harvest ripe avocados, allow them to ripen naturally without using ethylene for ripening.
  • Extract the avocado pulp and cold dry it (cooling air blast room) until it reaches an appropriate dryness level.
  • Cold-press directly using hydraulic mechanical force without any heat treatment at any stage.
  • Hygienic pressing process without contact with plastics or any potentially harmful materials. All processes meet the requirements of the Vietnamese National Technical Regulation on Food Safety.
  • Slow pressing using mechanical techniques.
  • Naturally slow filtration without machinery or acceleration that would break lipid bonds.

STORAGE GUIDELINES

  • Store in a cool, dark place and tightly close the cap after use.
  • To pour the oil from the bottle, tilt the bottle, avoiding a straight vertical position. After use, wipe the mouth of the bottle gently with your hand or cloth to prevent oil leakage when the bottle is horizontal (due to the conductive nature of the oil).

SHELF LIFE

  • 12 months from the production date, 36 months if stored in a cool refrigerator.

After a period, a thin layer may appear at the bottom of the oil bottle. This is not sediment but rather other nutrients present in cold-pressed crude oil: vitamins, fiber, minerals, amino acids, etc. If you shake the bottle vigorously, the layer will float and resemble sediment.
